Payment Methods

To ensure a seamless booking experience, Saw Canoe Tours offers the following payment options:

1. Online Payments:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Accepts major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

• UPI Payments: Supports platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, and similar services (if applicable).

• Direct Bank Transfers: Detailed instructions will be provided during the booking process.

2. Cash Payments:

• Accepted at the tour location before the scheduled start time.

• A receipt will be issued for all cash transactions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations:

• Full Refund: Available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the tour will incur a cancellation fee (25% of the booking amount).

• No Refund: Applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

Rescheduling:

• Advance Notice: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

• Subject to Availability: Rescheduling depends on availability and may involve an additional fee, if applicable.

• Same-Day Requests: Not permitted unless in emergencies, subject to approval by Saw Canoe Tours.

These terms and policies are designed to balance customer flexibility with the operational needs of Saw Canoe Tours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
