 Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Full Refund:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

  2. Partial Refund:

    • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the tour will incur a 25% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  3. No Refund:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in the case of no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Rescheduling Policy:

  1. Advance Notice Required:

    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

  2. Subject to Availability:

    • Rescheduling is based on availability and may involve an additional fee, if applicable.

  3. Same-Day Rescheduling:

    • Same-day rescheduling requests are not allowed, except in cases of emergencies. Such requests are subject to approval and may incur applicable fees.
